Velfrey Rhosyn 2021 is made using specially selected grapes from our vineyard and given 22 months to age on the lees. The long slow ripening and extended bottle maturation are balanced to offer hints of green fruit, orange peel and Mediterranean strawberry with delicate biscuity notes and a fine mousse.
