Description
Crisp, light and delicate, created from Seyval Blanc grapes, ripened in the Pembrokeshire sunshine in our low intervention vineyard. Prolonged skin contact extracts maximum flavour into the juice, which is then naturally fermented. Regular stirring of the yeast adds creaminess and body. Our attention to detail in the growing and the long, careful making lead to a natural product of exceptional quality.
