Description
Tasting Note Cherry and garnet hues lead into a warm, spiced nose, plum and cherry mingle with leafy, smoky vanilla aromas. Gentle tannins. Vinification A mix of whole bunches, destemmed and crushed berries of Pinot Noir were layered in both stainless steel and concrete. Left to their own devices for three weeks, the grapes were then pressed. This selection is based on the best three barrels which were ear marked for further ageing in barrique.
