Description
Tasting Note Fleshy, firm apricot and taut ripe citrus are complemented after a brief swirl, with a spindrift of salty, nutty flavours. Vinification Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of both oak barrels (different sizes and ages) and stainless steel.
