Vineyard
The Two Beacons Vineyard utilises the Scott-Henry Trellis System, which allows the vines to be seen individually and ability to quickly asses and tackle situations of pest and disease. Warm, south facing location with its surrounding native trees and shrubs provide a home to a local wildlife. Terroir is a mixture of clay minerals derived from finely ground rock flour, sand and gravel. This provides a well drained and nutrient rich soil.
