Knightor Classic Cuvee

Despite the dosage being at the Brut level, it also has plenty of fruit flavour which along with it’s vibrant and fresh mousse makes for a fuller more jovial style. Pale lemon green in colour, a lively mousse that quickly settles to a steady stream of fine bubbles.  Aromas are wonderfully fresh, floral and fruity dominated by, Elderflower, honeysuckle, pear and peach. On the palate again this wine shows great vivacity, with good acidity balanced by delicate fruit flavours and a fine mousse, leading to a clean and crisp finish. Serve at 8 degrees.
