2023 Dillions Pinot Rosé 2023

Dillions Pinot Rosé 2023 has a lovely salmon pink hue. It is light and totally refreshing – a perfect summer wine but also works the whole year round with its crisp acidity and red fruit flavours. On the palate it has flavours of summer berries, with hints of grapefruit and tangerine. It is well structured and balanced, with red fruit flavours coming to the fore! Best served chilled.

The vineyard is in the High Weald on West Sussex. Situated on green sandstone with a silty/loam seam running for about a foot deep from surface level. The vineyard is directly south facing on a slope running down from 90 metres to 50 metres. The vines receive excellent drainage and full exposure to the sunshine as a result!

We are a certified sustainable vineyard and use minimum intervention strategies as far as possible.

The fruit was whole bunch harvested, pressed, cold settled, racked and inoculated. Fermented in stainless steel tank.
