Rose

Perfumed on the nose with notes of raspberry and pomegranate, followed by the richness of marzipan and brown butter, almost suggesting battenberg cake. The palate is rich and open, a characteristic of our oxidative winemaking, with flavours of greek yoghurt, mandarin and fresh apricots. The wine is structured around the grip of red wine and oak tannins, blood orange acidity and a dry finish at just gL dosage.
