Brut Rosé 2020

we negotiated our way through a season that produced a small, very ripe and incredibly concentrated crop of fruit, most notably expressed in this opulent and fruit forward edition of our much loved Rosé. Even though the blend and process is exactly the same as previous wines, there is something different about this one, a purity, softness and elegance that makes the wine simply glide across the palate.

Location All fruit comes from our own 6.5 ha site on the outskirts of Marlow, Buckinghamshire, 1 mile from the River Thames.

Viticulture We practice regenerative organic farming using no herbicides, synthetic pesticides or artificial fertilisers.

Microclimate Inland location gives high daytime temperature with cool nights that preserve acidity and freshness.

Pruning method Double guyot to balance out vigour and yield.
