Vineyard
The Hush Heath Estate is based in Staplehurst, Kent, where it has 37 acres of vineyards looking out over the beautiful Weald of Kent. Planted with the classic sparkling wine grape variety trio, Hush Heath have picked up many accolades in their relatively short history for the quality of their still and sparkling wines. Head winemaker Owen Elias – UK Vineyard Association’s ‘winemaker of the year’ four times over – crafted this wine with Victoria Ash from hand-harvested Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes. Following traditional sparkling wine production methods, the wine spent 12 months on its lees in bottle, which helps to develop its rich flavours.
