Description
Sourced from two sites in Suffolk and Essex, the fruit was hand harvested and fermented individually in a combination of stainless steel tanks, stainless steel 225L litre barrels and and old neutral oak barrels. Aged on its gross lees for 4 months before bottling to help build weight, body & texture, this wine has baskets of orchard fruits; greengage, green apple and pear, with hints of white pepper and a wonderfully soft, balanced mouthfeel.
