Description
Pale pink in colour, with a light, delicate mousse. The nose has lots of red and stone fruit notes, citrus zest and fresh flowers. The palate is dominated by red fruits, with strawberries and crushed raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb, alongside red apple, nectarine and orange notes. Elegant and juicy on the palate, with bright red fruits, hints of pink peppercorn and a delicate mineral note, leading to a long, zesty finish. Excellent with richer fish, lighter meat and game dishes plus fruit driven desserts. Why not try with salmon gravadlax, smoked duck salad or a rhubarb and custard tart.

Vineyard
Gusbourne Estate vineyards are planted on clay and sandy soils in Kent where the temperatures are amongst the highest in England and rainfall the lowest, providing ripeness, length and power. We also have vineyards planted on the chalky-flint soils of the South Downs in West Sussex which bring freshness, energy and precision to our wines.
