These Bacchus grapes are from our own Foxhole Vineyard, West-Sussex.

The Bacchus grapes lie on a slightly in clay loam soil.
Vinification
Once in the cellar these grapes were hand sorted, whole bunch pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Maturation
Aged on the lees for 5 months in stainless tanks to retain it's bright aromatic features.
