Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Kent (85%), Essex (10%) and East Sussex (5%). Grapes grown on varied soils including chalk, clay and loam soils.

Viticulture
Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems.
Vinification
Fruit is whole-bunch pressed with the majority of colour coming from Early Pinot Noir, Rondo and Regent rather than from skin maceration. This gives a light, smooth characteristic to the wine. Cool fermentation and early clarification also helps with the light, effortless style.
