Defined Wine

Defined Wine are a 'contract only winery' - they do not have our own vineyards or brands, so everything is about adding value to the people they make wine with. We are therefore totally focused on supporting their partners and working with them to define their style of wine and involving them (as they want) in winemaking decisions. Hence the name: "Defined wine". Their approach is then to use taste, experience and modern technology to ensure that they consistently produce the best quality wines which will delight their partners and the ultimate consumers alike.
